Privacy notice
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Who we are
Exo is run by Ido Horowitz, Tel Aviv, Israel, who is responsible for the personal data described here. When Exo becomes a company, this notice will name it. Contact: privacy@exo.partners.
What we collect and why
- Business contacts and prospects: name, role, company, work email and phone, professional profile links, and our correspondence, to offer and provide our services to businesses.
- Diagnosis requests: what you enter in the booking form on this site (name, work email, company, and optionally your role, company size, the best time to talk and what you want to look at), only to get back to you and set up the diagnosis. It goes into Exo’s own CRM; we don’t store your IP address or browser details with it.
- Clients: contact and billing details, to perform our contract and meet tax and accounting duties.
- Website visitors: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
Where it comes from
From you, from your company’s public website and professional profiles, and from people who refer you to us. We use AI tools to research public company information and to draft messages; a person reviews every message before it is sent.
Are you required to give it?
No law requires you to give us your data. If you don’t, we may be unable to reply to you or provide services.
Who receives it
Our service providers, only to run our business and on our instructions under contract: hosting (Hetzner, Germany), email and documents (Google), AI models and web search (Anthropic, United States), structured AI judgments (TypeSafe), secure access and encrypted backups (Cloudflare), and private network access (Tailscale). We do not sell personal data.
Transfers abroad
Some providers are outside Israel, including in the United States. We transfer data only under safeguards permitted by Israeli law and, where it applies, the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Prospect data: up to 24 months after our last interaction. Client records: for the contract and 7 years after, for tax purposes.
Your rights
You may access your data and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it for direct marketing. Write to privacy@exo.partners; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Client data in the Exo Platform
When Exo runs the Exo Platform for a client, that client controls the data and its own privacy notice applies. Exo processes it only on the client’s instructions. See Trust at Exo for how we protect it.
